The service

International Drivers Translations (IAA INTERNATIONAL AUTOMOBILE LLC) provides a private translation of your existing driver's license. It is not a license, permit, International Driving Permit or government document, and we have no government affiliation.

Your responsibilities

You must provide a genuine, valid license that you lawfully hold, and check your destination's rules and your rental company's requirements. We may refuse altered, expired or suspected fraudulent documents.

Acceptance by third parties

Acceptance by authorities, rental companies or insurers is not guaranteed.

Prices and payment

Prices are in USD and shown before payment. You are charged once; there is no subscription.

Delivery

Delivery times are estimates, except where our Refund Policy promises a refund if we are late.

Liability

Our liability is limited to the amount you paid. We are not liable for decisions made by third parties.

Governing law

Delaware law applies, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence.
