Data we collect

- License images and the data shown on them
- Order details and payment status (card data is handled by Stripe; we never see it)
- Cookie data, with your consent

- Contract performance — preparing and delivering your translation
- Legal obligations — tax and accounting records
- Legitimate interests — fraud prevention and customer support
- Consent — analytics and advertising cookies
Processors
Stripe (payments), Supabase (hosting and storage), Resend (email), Google (analytics and ads, only with consent), and our postal carrier.
International transfers
Data is processed in the United States with safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses where required.
Retention
License images are deleted within [RETENTION_DAYS] days of delivery. Order records are kept for [7] years.
Your rights
You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection and portability, withdraw consent at any time, and complain to a supervisory authority. California residents may request to know, delete and correct, and to opt out of sale/sharing. We do not sell personal information and we honor Global Privacy Control signals.

Encryption in transit, private storage, and access limited to staff who need it.

Our service is not directed to anyone under 16.
