Refund & Cancellation Policy

• Full refund if you cancel before translation starts, or if we miss the stated delivery time.
• Free corrections at any time.
• No refund after delivery, except for errors on our side that we cannot fix.
• The rush fee is refunded if we miss the rush time.
• Lost parcels are reshipped or the shipping cost is refunded.

EU / UK customers

By asking us to start immediately, you acknowledge that you lose your 14-day right of withdrawal once the service has been fully performed.

How to request a refund

Email hello@international-drivers.net with your order number. Refunds go to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
